Foundation Learning Briefing - 24th January 2012, 9.30-11.30.
The GMLPN is hosting an event to provide additional support to providers on Foundation Learning. Dave Brennan and Wendy Cooke from the Greater Manchester Skills and Employment Partnership will also provide a Greater Manchester perspective on what some of the GM requirements are for Foundation Learning.
Location: Rooms 1 and 2 on the 7th Floor of Arndale House, Arndale Centre, Manchester M4 3AQ.
Value: No charge
How to Book: Event capacity is 30. To book a place contact richard.n@gmlpn.co.uk / 0161 654 1508.

Location: Cranage Hall, Cheshire

We are aware that some members will be unable to attend the 1st SFA briefing event (above) considering that it is the same day as our network meeting and also a long drive for many members.
As such, Kirsty Evans (SFA director for GM, Cheshire and Staffordshire) has kindly offered to run another session for GMLPN members dedicated to the SFA's Skills Investment Strategy and Plan that sets out their commitment to Skills from 2011-15.
Much of the content will be the same as at the 1st briefing event, however we suspect there will be more time available for questions and discussion.
Location: Rooms 2 and 3, 7th Floor Arndale House, Arndale Centre.
How to Book: Contact richard.n@gmlpn.co.uk / 0161 654 1508
